MULTIPLE EXPANSION DEALS FOR ZEE’S CATALOG

Zee Content Sales has licensed first run English drama series with leading African digital platform Iroko, that includes renowned shows “Tashn-e-ishq,” “Kumkum Bhagya,” “Gangaa,” and “Yeh Teri Galiyan”, as well as other sales.

Zee Content Sales, a licensing and syndication arm of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited, has signed multiple content deals on Mipcom. The company currently houses one of the largest libraries of creative and broadcasting entertainment content in the world and has brought in a strong line-up this year.

Amongst the key deals, Zee have licensed first run English drama series with leading African digital platform Iroko, that includes renowned shows “Tashn-e-ishq,” “Kumkum Bhagya,” “Gangaa,” and “Yeh Teri Galiyan”. Moreover, ETV, the largest private free to air channel in South Africa, has acquired drama shows “Qubool Hai” and “Yeh Teri Galiyan”.

Furthermore, the movies “Article 15,” “Naal,” “Raazi,” and “Gully Boy” will enter the stable of Channel 4 UK, while the popular show “Gangaa” will enter the Bulgarian households with Nova TV.

The movie line-up not only includes Hindi but regional language titles from India’s Oscar selection such as “Article 15” (Hindi), “Kesari” (Hindi), “Anandi Gopal” (Marathi), and the official Oscar entry from India, “Gully Boy” (Hindi). In addition, there is a fine selection of family dramas, documentary & travelogues and health & wellness shows that are amongst the top rated across different parts of the world.
